Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boflow ("the Service"), operated by Leibow Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boflow is a web-based tool that allows users to record processes via their device camera and automatically generate standard operating procedures (SOPs) using artificial intelligence. The Service includes video recording, AI-powered step detection, editing, sharing, and PDF export.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Workspaces and Roles

Each account belongs to a workspace. Workspace owners can invite members and manage workspace settings. Members share access to workflows within their workspace. Owners are responsible for the activity of members they invite.

5. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Limited to 2 workflows per workspace. Includes all core features.
• Pro Plan: Expanded workflow limits. Activated via payment through our payment provider (Stripe).

We reserve the right to change plan features and pricing. Existing subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.

6. Payment and Billing

Pro plan payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All fees are stated in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including videos, images, and SOP documents ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable laws.

8. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI models to analyze video frames and generate step descriptions. Video frames are sent to our AI provider (Groq) for processing. We do not use your content to train AI models. AI-generated descriptions may not always be accurate — you are responsible for reviewing and editing the output.

9. Sharing and Public Links

Workflows can be shared via public links. When shared, the workflow content (steps, images, name) is accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for managing the visibility of your workflows and can lock sharing at any time.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Workspace owners may request deletion of their entire workspace and all associated data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leibow Ventures UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
